標高850mに位置する小野地域休戸（やすど）地区の自社畑産ピノ・ノワールで造ったワインです。2024年ヴィンテージは5月10日の早朝に降りた遅霜の影響により自社畑で栽培しているピノ・ノワール並びにシャルドネは壊滅的な被害を受けました。絶望的な状況下で生き残った新芽が精一杯に頑張って成長し着けた極めて少量の実を収穫、セニエスタイルで醸しMLF後、ステンレスタンクで熟成させた辛口ロゼワインです。

Made from estate-grown Pinot Noir from the Yasudo area of Ono, Tatsuno Town, located at an elevation of 850 metres.

The 2024 vintage was severely affected by a late frost that struck early in the morning of 10 May, causing devastating damage to both Pinot Noir and Chardonnay grown in the estate vineyards. From the very small number of berries that survived and ripened, this dry rosé was crafted using the saignée method, followed by malolactic fermentation and ageing in stainless steel tanks.
