標高850mに位置する小野地域休戸（やすど）地区の自社畑産ピノ・ノワールで造ったワインです。2024年ヴィンテージは5月10日の早朝に降りた遅霜の影響により自社畑で栽培しているピノ・ノワールは壊滅的な被害を受けました。絶望的な状況下で生き残った新芽が精一杯に頑張って成長し着けた極めて少量の実を、開放式のタンクで醸した後に、114Lのフランス産オークの新樽で熟成させたミディアム ライト ボディ スタイルのワインです。

The cuvée names—“Rei” (Zero – Origin), “Ichi” (One), “Ni” (Two), and “San” (Three)—are inspired by traditional Japanese numerals, representing the progression of vintages, each with its own style and character.

Estate-grown in the Yasudo area of Ono, Tatsuno Town, Nagano, at an elevation of 850 metres.

The 2024 vintage suffered devastating damage to the estate-grown Pinot Noir due to a late frost that occurred in the early morning of 10 May.

In these extremely challenging conditions, only a very small quantity of fruit was produced from the surviving shoots that managed to grow. The grapes were vinified in open-top tanks, then matured in new 114-litre French oak barrels, resulting in a medium-light-bodied style.
