杜の音楽会と同様に、カジュアルながらも本格派を目指してワイン専用ブドウ品種を丁寧に醸しました。
ロゼ メルローはフルーツ風味が活きた飲み易い”優しい辛口”。果実の収穫時期を早めてフレッシュな酸味が豊かな状態で醸造。ダイレクト・プレス式とセニエ方式の２種類の製造方法を用いて、満足度の高い香りと色調豊かなロゼワインとしてボトリングしました。ワイン単体でよし、お料理に合わせてもよしの、どんなシチュエーションでも美味しくいただける味わいです。

“Ogosso” is a Nagano dialect word meaning “a delicious feast.”
The MORINE OGOSSO series is crafted to offer approachable wines made from carefully vinified classic grape varieties, combining authentic winemaking with an easy-drinking style suitable for everyday enjoyment.

This rosé made from Merlot is crafted in a gentle dry style that highlights vibrant fruit character and easy drinkability.
The grapes were harvested slightly earlier to retain fresh acidity and lively fruit expression.

Two winemaking methods—direct pressing and the saignée method—were used to create a rosé with appealing aromas and a beautiful colour.

Enjoyable on its own or paired with a wide range of dishes, this versatile wine is suited to many different occasions.
