キリノカ　箕輪メルロー　2025

標高700m、天竜川左岸の西側に向いた水捌けの良い砂質土壌で産するブドウで造ったワインです。2025年ヴィンテージは8月までは好天が続いた素晴らしいコンディションだったのですが、収穫期は断続的な降雨があり結果的に難しい年となりました。しかしながら水捌けの良い土壌という事もあり安定した収量と健全なブドウを収穫することが出来ました。丁寧な選果と低温での発酵により桜桃の様な果実味とミント調のハーブ風味を持つ軽快なライト ボディタイプのワインに仕上がっています。

This wine is made from grapes grown at an elevation of around 700 meters on well-drained sandy soils on a west-facing slope along the left bank of the Tenryu River.

The 2025 vintage began with excellent conditions and fine weather through August. However, intermittent rainfall during the harvest period ultimately made it a challenging year. Thanks to the well-drained soils of the site, stable yields and healthy grapes were nevertheless achieved.

Through careful fruit selection and cool fermentation, the wine was crafted into a light-bodied and lively style, showing bright cherry fruit with subtle minty herbal notes.
