M.D. ヴィンヤードは長野県塩尻市片丘に位置する海抜720mの西向き傾斜の圃場、八ヶ岳と御岳山の火山灰堆積礫土壌でリースリング、ピノノワール、シャルドネを栽培しています。2025年産リースリングは10月中旬に収穫後、ステンレスタンクで15℃という低温にて約1か月間発酵させました。青リンゴや搾りたてライムといった品種の特徴が良くでたライト・ボディの辛口ワインです。

M.D. Vineyard is located in Kataoka, Shiojiri City in Nagano Prefecture, on a west-facing slope at an elevation of 720 metres.
The vineyard is planted on gravelly soils formed from volcanic ash deposits from Mt. Yatsugatake and Mt. Ontake, where Riesling, Pinot Noir and Chardonnay are cultivated.

The 2025 Riesling was harvested in mid-October and fermented in stainless steel tanks at a low temperature of around 15°C for approximately one month.

This dry, light-bodied wine expresses classic varietal character, with notes of green apple and freshly squeezed lime, supported by bright acidity and refreshing purity.
