「月狐(ゲッコ)」は、“塩尻駅前にある狐像”と“塩尻に伝わる伝説、いたずら好きな化け狐の“玄蕃之丞伝説”をモチーフにしたもの。
このワインは塩尻市上西条地区産のシャルドネを手摘みで収穫後、優しく搾汁。比較的低温でゆっくりと発酵させました。新鮮な果実の香りと柑橘系を想わせる酸味、そして優しい触感が特徴のワイン。穏やかな味わいのワインですので、お料理に合わせやすいスタイルです。

Made from grapes grown in Shiojiri, Nagano.

“Gekko” (Moon Fox) is inspired by both the fox statue standing in front of Shiojiri Station and a local legend of Shiojiri—the mischievous fox spirit Genban-no-Jo.

This wine is crafted from hand-harvested Chardonnay grown in the Kaminishijo district of Shiojiri. The grapes are gently pressed and fermented slowly at relatively low temperatures. It is characterised by fresh fruit aromas, bright citrus-like acidity, and a soft, gentle texture. With its balanced and approachable style, it pairs easily with a wide range of dishes.
