“おごっそ”とは長野県の方言で“美味しいごちそう”の意味。杜の音楽会と同様に、カジュアルながらも本格派を目指してワイン専用ブドウ品種を丁寧に醸しました。
このワインは安曇野市、並びに池田町産のメルローを60%、安曇野市産カベルネ・ソーヴィニヨンを40%用いています。葡萄を破砕しアルコール発酵前に5日間低温で醸したのち比較的低温で約2週間の発酵を行いその後乳酸発酵。複雑な風味を付与するために古樽にて3カ月熟成。ミディアム・ライトボディの優しい味わいが特徴。和洋中の料理ジャンルを問わず合わせられる万能型の赤ワインとしてお楽しみください。

“Ogosso” is a Nagano dialect word meaning “a delicious feast.”
The MORINE OGOSSO series is crafted to offer approachable wines made from carefully vinified classic grape varieties, combining authentic winemaking with an easy-drinking style suitable for everyday enjoyment.
Made from 60% Merlot sourced from Azumino and Ikeda, and 40% Cabernet Sauvignon from Azumino.
The grapes were crushed and underwent five days of cold maceration prior to fermentation, followed by approximately two weeks of fermentation at relatively low temperatures, and then malolactic fermentation. To enhance complexity, the wine was matured for three months in used oak barrels.
It is characterised by a gentle, medium-light-bodied style. Versatile and easy to enjoy, it pairs well with a wide range of cuisines, including Japanese, Western, and Chinese dishes.
