M.D.ヴィンヤードは長野県塩尻市片丘に位置する海抜720mの西向き傾斜の圃場で、八ヶ岳と御岳山の火山灰堆積礫土壌でリースリング、ピノノワール、シャルドネを栽培しています。
2025年産シャルドネは９月下旬に収穫後ワイナリーにて除梗・破砕し４℃の低温で２日間スキンコンタクトした後、優しくプレスした後に発酵。MLF（乳酸発酵）をさせたので丸く穏やかな酸味が特徴。新樽にて５カ月間熟成しました。
白桃の果実味にナッツの香ばしい風味のアクセントが効いた辛口ワインです。

M.D. Vineyard is located in Kataoka, Shiojiri City in Nagano Prefecture, on a west-facing slope at an elevation of 720 metres.
The vineyard is planted on gravelly soils formed from volcanic ash deposits from Mt. Yatsugatake and Mt. Ontake, where Riesling, Pinot Noir and Chardonnay are cultivated.
The 2025 Chardonnay was harvested in late September. After destemming and crushing at the winery, the grapes underwent two days of skin contact at 4°C before being gently pressed and fermented. Malolactic fermentation was carried out, resulting in a rounded and soft acidity. The wine was then matured in new oak barrels for five months.
This dry wine shows white peach fruit flavours with a subtle nutty nuance from oak ageing.
