松本盆地に点在するワインブドウ産地の池田町、安曇野市、塩尻市、並びに伊那谷の箕輪町産メルローを用いました。ブドウをアルコール発酵した後にMLF。その後、瓶内二次発酵を行いました。ほのかなプラム調の風味と豊かで柔らかな酸味が特徴の辛口スパークリングです。

The Merlot for this wine was sourced from the renowned wine-growing areas of Ikeda, Azumino and Shiojiri in the Matsumoto Basin, together with Minowa in the Ina Valley.

Following alcoholic fermentation and malolactic fermentation, the wine underwent traditional bottle fermentation to produce a dry sparkling wine.

It is characterised by delicate plum-like fruit, soft and generous acidity, and a refreshing dry finish.
