標高850mに位置する小野地域休戸（やすど）地区の自社畑産ピノ・ノワールで造ったワインです。2024年ヴィンテージは5月10日の早朝に降りた遅霜の影響により自社畑で栽培しているピノ・ノワール並びにシャルドネは壊滅的な被害を受けました。絶望的な状況下で生き残った新芽が精一杯に頑張って成長し着けた極めて少量の実を、開放式のタンクで醸した後に、ステンレスタンクで熟成させたライトボディスタイルのワインです。

Estate-grown in the Yasudo area of Ono, Tatsuno Town, Nagano, at an elevation of 850 metres.

The 2024 vintage was severely affected by a late frost on the early morning of 10 May, causing devastating damage to both Pinot Noir and Chardonnay grown in the estate vineyards. In these extremely challenging conditions, a very small quantity of fruit produced by the surviving shoots was fermented in open-top tanks and then matured in stainless steel tanks, resulting in a light-bodied style of wine.
